Vinification: The grapes are picked by hand so that only the best are chosen.
Fermentation at controlled temperature and 12 months of maturation in wood.
Harvest time: End of September to end of October 2018
Tasting note: Intense ruby color. Notes of pepper, blackberry, chocolate.
Accompanies dark meat, grilled meat, game or cheese. Wonderful with dark chocolate.
