Vintage: 2018

Grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot e Carménère

Wine growing region: Nogaredo in the Lagarina Valley (part of the Adige Valley), Trentino. 220 meter above sea level.

Vinification: The grapes are picked by hand so that only the best are chosen.
Fermentation at controlled temperature, eighteen months of maturation in French and American oak barrels.

Time of harvest:  end of September until end of October

Tasting notes: Intense flavor of black fruits, some vanilla and spices. Ripe smooth tannins, without edges.

Serving temperature: 18 °C 

Production: Ca. 4000 bottles produced 


Alcohol: 14 %
